Highland Surgical Associates, established in 1995, is a busy clinical practice specializing in General Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Bariatric (Weight Loss) Surgery. Operating principally out of a brand new facility at Milton Hospital, our practice is staffed full-time by two surgeons: Gregory J. Kechejian MD, a Board Certified General and Vascular Surgeon; and Dr. Charlene Chao, MD., a Board Certified General and Bariatric Surgeon. In addition to Milton Hospital, our surgical team currently provides surgical services at the following major medical centers: South Shore, Quincy, Boston Medical Center, Caritas Carney, Beth Israel, and Saint Elizabeth’s. Supporting our surgeons, we have on staff two Physician Assistants, a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, a Registered Nurse and a team of dedicated medical administrative staff.
